What goes around comes around,In 2018, 35 Senate seats are in play - 26 Dem, and 9 GOP
In 2020, 31 Senate seats are in play - 11 Dem, and 20 GOP
(MN and MS are filled by Special Elections this cycle)
in 2022, 34 Senate seats are in play - 12 Dem, and 22 GOP
The tough defense the Dems have this cycle will be borne by the RNC for the next 2 cycles.
