Why in the world would these proud “Soldiers of Allah” be tried in an American civilian court? Who gave them that right...Linda Graham and Jeanne Shaheen?
To Iraq: They are usually hanged.
To Guantanamo: They’ll live in comfort and will eventually get released by a Democrat president who is soft on Muslim terrorism and hates the death penalty.
I’d guess these ISIS murderers would much rather be in Gitmo than a prison in Iraq due to their life expectancy.
What’s our claim on them?
Let them receive just-us in Syria and Iraq.
Why don’t they just kill them? U.S. has no responsibility. If they go to Guantanamo then U.S. law applies.
No way. Don’t bring them in reach of US Lawyers and Judges.
In fact, they’re all war-criminals. Have a quick trial and execute them.
