The official death toll was less than a hundred, IIRC.
This estimate has not been validated by any governmental body, as far as I understand.
Further, the fact that they are finding food and supplies rotting at Puerto Rican government distribution facilities means that the supplies got there - but the PR government failed to do ITS job.
How did I know this was CNN before clicking on the thread?
