How about you get a book called The Holocaust Chronicles and read and look at the pictures?

The last time I checked, every one of the so called “little guys” denied any knowledge, or participation in what was mass murder on an industrial scale.
Nobody I have ever met who has done factory work ever said they didn’t know what was going in the entire plant or factory.
People then, or now are not stupid, being a DEATH CAMP GUARD was considered a plum position.
WHY? Because it kept you off the EASTERN FRONT.

Yup,I get it.I've visited Dachau,just about the spookiest and most unsettling event of my life. I've seen more WWII documentaries than I've had hot dinners.And I've see Schindler's List several times,a film that I consider to be the single most important English language film ever made.As you surely know it was based,at least loosely,on real people and real events.

Also,just as an aside...I very recently saw a video on youtube which showed Ike,Patton and several other top brass touring one of the liberated camps.It was mentioned in this film that Patton,at one point,became physically ill at the sight of what was there.That's a pretty powerful point in my mind.

Is it true that *all* the camp guards "knew it"? Possibly.But what could they have done about it if they disapproved? Your tone in this particular discussion seems to suggest,among other things,that you consider your self a supremely brave and courageous guy.Well,not everyone is supremely brave even if you are.Meaning that some people...particularly the younger,lower ranking ones...might have reluctantly chosen to go along with things to avoid being strung up with piano wire.
