Keith Ellison is so radical that he was able to get the endorsement for the Attorney General of our socialist/Communist DFL party in MN. But the outstate citizens will now know what a jerk he is. I fully expect he will still win the primary election which is today.
Liberals in Minneapolis may overlook his personal behavior and radical politics, but outstate voters are not radical with their politics, but rather are quite conservative in values. Our dilemma in this state is the elephant in the room the liberal Twin Cities press. Exposing Keith Ellison’s past and his radical plans for the state will not bode well for the Democrats this fall. I remember that on the powerlineblog.com Scott Johnson exposed Ellison’s felonious past[he has been in prison], but the TC news media never mentioned it during Ellison’s first run for Congress.
It looks like USA may soon be spared any further damage by the hoped- for removal of this enemy agent, imho? Gooooood! Goood! Gooood!

I crossed over and voted in the Dem primary (MN 5th District) just so I could vote against Keith Ellison and Ilhan Omar. I’ve never done that before.
Why do Democrats hate women? Why do they continue their war on women?
It will be very interesting to see if Ellison survives today. I’m a city administrator and an election judge in “Greater Minnesota” and you are right when you say that even the run of the mill Dems in these parts will only tolerate a certain level of drift to the left before they get disenchanted. Hillstrom hit our area hard during the parade and festival season and seems to have garnered some support among Dems here. Our area is considered a swing district who historically leaned slightly DFL but Trump carried it by almost 70%.
The Dems planned a huge rally with every possible regional and statewide candidate in our community right after our festival parade concluded and even when county candidates, staff and outside supporters I think less than 40 people showed up. I will admit that this conservative city administrator smile on the inside even while my festival committee duties demand that I stay neutral on the outside. If not for Minneapolis & St. Paul, Minnesota would be a dependable red state.
I was tempted to cross over and vote DFL today but decided that I’d rather vote for solid conservatives on the RFL side (coined in part by my own state rep) than choose between a whole lot of empty suits (and I know a couple on their side and I’m not exaggerating in the slightest by saying so.)
