The geniuses over at "Q" were claiming he was a "white hat" hero of some kind.

They found much humor and gratification in the plane being a Q400.

Not much similarity between a Cessna and a Bombardier Q400. The folks I know in the aviation community are saying that what Richard Russel did in even getting that plane off the ground and performing those maneuvers is well nigh impossible.

Did this guy have any experience with flying an aircraft? If not, I agree that it is highly unlikely he could fly a plane like that and do those loops.

The guy in Boston (Cessna) was mostly a wanna-be pilot but did seem to have a lot of experience with flying small planes and in fact tinkered with experimental aircraft.
