Nunes is right. But it doesn’t matter. I don’t think there are enough votes in the House for impeachment so there would never be a Senate trial.

Nunes has a point. Also I personally think Trump is waiting until after the midterms to fire Rosenstein and/or Sessions. As much as I want both of them gone it’s probably the smart thing to do. They don’t have the votes to impeach Rosenstein so just wait and get Kavanagh confirmed and then let Trump fire him.
