Monmouth is terrible. “Registered” not “likely” voters in OH is even more unreliable in OH than elsewhere because of Ohio’s “unaffiliated/independent” issue. (See my Twitter feed last night for a detailed explanation). These people vote at a rate of 40%, while Ds & Rs vote in the mid-70s.
Second, I’m pretty sure Monmouth was the outfit in 2016 that asked for “the youngest voter in the home.”
No bias there.
Same situation here. My Republican congressman is a zero, but his Dem opponent is an open-borders stooge. *sigh* I will vote for the Republican, but not with any enthusiasm.
They must have been lying!
