Bob Woodwdard’s parents were both members of the Communist Party. His book Loyalties confessed it all.
He and his idiot mancrush Bernstein were not intrepid reporters who excitedly stumbled onto the story of the century.
They hated and despised America and Nixon especially for being anti-communist. They and other WaPo liberals slanted all they could to destroy Nixon and finally got something they could use. Not a surprise, it was their biased beat all along.
The lousy, filthy scum leftists were merely ahead of their time.

Woodward and Bernstein have proven themselves total hacks. I had believed they were true journalists at one time. But if that had been true they’d be at the helm shouting about covering these many scandals whichever side they’re on. Instead, they got lucky on Watergate and were fed information about Nixon because they hated him. They got credit they didn’t deserve and they’ve been living off it ever since.

Well, I do have a funny story about Watergate but then I’d be telling on myself. ;) I was not into politics back then. I learned quickly however.
I'm quite sure that by the time I'm done reading it, I'll be an even bigger fan of Trump than I am now.
