I get frustrated to hear talk of how the wealthy need to pay their so called fair share.
We have a graduated income tax in the country, so that those with higher incomes pay at a higher rate. By definition, they are paying their fair share by complying with the tax laws.
In California, a study showed that approximately the top 10,000 tax payers paid about 1/3 of all the state income tax paid to the state of California.
All of those people have the highest incomes in the state.
Mitt Romney got slammed to talk of the 47% who don’t pay federal income tax at all. But it’s true that the lowest income erners among us pay for less or in some cases, no income tax.
I heard that the top 20% income earners in America pay about 90% of all income tax collected by the IRS.
So aren’t the wealthy among us already paying a fair share?
I heard Wal Mart pays about $5 billion a year in income tax, which is roughly 1/3 of their pre-tax income of about $15 billion.
If Wal Mart paid the entire amount of their income in tax, how much would that really generate to pay for Ocasio-Cortez and her socialist dreams?
Good thing the description of the video was in quotes - otherwise I might have thought it was a ‘real’ “interview.”

In other words, Ocasio-Cortez is just another misguided socialist who is unthinkingly trying to unconstitutionally expand the already unconstitutionally big federal government’s powers.
The remedy for socialists like Ocasio-Cortez who have already gotten themselves elected ...
Patriots need to finish the job that they started when they elected Trump president.
More specifically patriots now need to be making sure that there are plenty of state sovereignty-respecting, Trump-supporting patriot candidates on the primary ballots and pink-slip career lawmakers by sending patriot candidate lawmakers to DC on election day.

How does she keep that vacuous little head of hers from imploding? The only explanation I can come up with is that her head is so far up in the clouds as to equalize the pressure - or it’s so full of you-know-what and so far up her you-know-where that she’s protecting herself.
