Happens every day, Bud - and without a peep from school administrators. Whether it be a Che Guevara shirt, a gay pride shirt or pictures of Obama and/or Hillary in the principal’s office (all of which have happened and continue to), as a rule, only leftist students’ rights are protected in most of our failing public schools. Thank God all of my kids are now out of high school!

In my day we weren’t allowed to have pictures or writing on clothing.
And violators of the dress code were usually sent home for t-shirts with sexually suggestive slogans which were pretty much like the ones which caused the policy to be instituted.

HERE is the real crime. a Third of the students are questionable as to their right to even be in this country.
YOUR tax dollars are paying for this, and your kids & grandkids are getting their ‘education’ on a slower track because everything has to be said 2 times, in 2 languages...with a 2nd teacher in the room—the ESL teacher.
If a student there wore a t shirt with a Mexican fag on it, the school would give the student an A plus plus...I’m glad the student sued...
And when the Bill gets to the Taxpayers it should piss them off so bad they STOP FUNDING THESE JACKA$$E$ AND SHUT THEM DOWN!!!
Parents- Teach Your Children at HOME.
This will fix many things. Real Parents will teach children properly and that part of America will thrive. The commies will coddle and tell children to sponge off others. Then Natural Selection will prevail and commies will become an extinct subspecies.
BONUS- This solves a few other problems, no more: NEA,PBS and several others as well.
