No one holds accountable the City Council members for the filthy areas? No one complained. No one was aware?!

We will also point out that the city of San Francisco is a sanctuary city, or, in the words of the ordinance itself, “a City and County of Refuge.” That is, San Francisco has put out the welcome mat for tens of thousands of third-world illegals. The city has made itself a magnet for refugees from countries with no modern sewage systems and no tradition of personal hygiene – the same countries in which the WHO asserts that cholera has become “endemic.”

If they had the capacity to respect anything, they would not be “homeless.”
They are debris, and nothing more if they defaecate in the streets.
What is it about Frisco in particular that makes this a problem?
I mean, every big city has homeless people, but most of them manage to find a dang toilet to use somehow, instead of doing it in the streets.
I dunno, seems to me that is the worst tourist campaign slogan evah.
My nephew lives there. He says he cannot walk one block to the train without seeing human poo. Every single day, different piles.
I guess when you pay homeless to be in your city, you get more homeless. Who knew?
