As someone who has served as a republican election judge in Chicago, I sincerely hope this is true and that Russians have shared or will share what they know with wikileaks or a similar organization. For more than a decade I have begged and pleaded with the Cook County Board of Elections to clean the voter rolls, eliminate duplicates and take away incorrect names (there are two voters in one house in my district named Robert Rosen and Mr. Rosen has written letters and asked that the Robert P. Rosen named be taken away to no avail). There are serious problems with the voter rolls and exposing what these democrat hacks in the Board of Elections allow would be a great feat of journalism.
With a deal, Trump could come back from Russia with interesting transcripts. :)
