I have experienced this on multiple occasions but it isn’t limited to “yes I hear” but also “yes I understand”. I spent an hour explaining technical details to an engineer in Japan. Each step of each detail he would say “ah yes, ok” leading me to believe understood. At the end I asked if he had questions, the question he asked meant that he didn’t understand anything I’d said.
You can flail about all you want, and it doesn’t change your utterly idiotic interpretation.
“Tritsch-Tratsch Polka” — English translation
He is - they say
One has already complained
He asks - you complain
That’s unheard of.
He means - it seems
He likes to show off
One believes - one thinks
I do not know exactly.
Rumors are bubbling unabashedly
refined, commented
suddenly you feel exposed
How it happens?
You have never heard that!
Has that ever happened?
How did we get here
here at this point?
The brain goes in a circle
The mind is on ice
as they spread the tale
When they count small peas
To torment the others
Choose between sword and words
they just want to show
that they are capable.
Put it to the extreme,
smirk, frozz, tear jokes,
talk in constant heat,
to prove himself
that they are important.
We are now really getting going
In the meantime things are going really hard
We fight over the old Kaiser’s beard
Yes, to the Emperor’s beard.
It is a rumor.
What do you know? You do not know anything.
I know that!
Why, twice in a row, have you attempted bait me?
You have no self-control.
pre-Singapore, you had mixed messages in NK media, so no surprise to see it happen again.
NK has its own Deep State. keep that in mind.
and - no surprise - FakeNewsMSM prefers to believe the NK Deep State.
This is from The Onion, right?
I have my doubts about Un, but to play tyrant’s advocate, he’s got the Sword of Damocles hanging over his head at all times. If he DOESN’T act like a tyrant, his own military will be turning on him, just as they would at the first sign of weakness
It’s just a guess, but I think that Un would strongly prefer technological advancement and moving NK up into being a country that the other third world countries don’t laugh at. And maybe actually be able to go to nightclubs in other countries without having to worry about a military coup in his absence.
The problem being that he has to perform a very tricky dance of disarming and building his own economy while not showing weakness to anyone who might try to topple him and sabotage the whole thing.
