. . . Mueller asked U.S. District Judge Amy Berman Jackson to stop Manafort from arguing that the special counsel targeted him for vindictive reasons.Amy Jackson appointed--and then re-appointed--by Barack Obama.
Looks like Mueller found the right judge.
The Swamp's "Get Trump" team has a deep bench.

Essentially.
Like that old joke: “your honor, I object!”
“On what grounds?”
“Council is destroying my argument.”

I’ve always thought that was bullcrap when a judge can tell a defendant he’s not allowed to use a certain defense. WTF! People should be allowed to defend themselves in court by any logic or illogical argument they want. Manafort can claim it and if he can prove it even better for him. But if he can’t prove it then it’s not going to go well for him.
Why is Mueller so scared?

Why aren’t the charges being prosecuted in the same court. How can a defendant properly defend him/herself fighting court cases in 2 different federal courts by the same prosecutor. That’s vindictive right there.

Can’t wait for the IG report about how thy tried to say Flynn violated the Logan Act...
No thats selective prosecution

Why doesn’t the President say or do anything? Is this case being covered by the media?
Is it true he’s been jailed without being accused of a crime and being held in solitary confinement?

Special counsel Robert Muellers team on Monday reportedly requested a federal judge prevent former Trump campaign chairman Paul Manafort from arguing at his trial that hes the subject of selective prosecution...well gee, maybe Mueller should just give the judge a list of the defenses he deigns it acceptable for Manafort to use....

Unfortunately the judge in this case is in the tank for Hillary
