In all seriousness, beer
was one of the greatest discoveries of man. One of the oldest examples of writing that exists is a Sumerian tablet that contains a recipe for beer. Not only does the production of beer encourage farming and other useful arts, the process of beer production, and the alcohol contained therein kills bad microbes. For most of man's history it has been safer to drink beer than water, especially in cities. Therefore beer enabled us to live together in larger groups than might otherwise be the case.
Beer is proof that God loves us and wants us to be happy.
