Now we know why the left is promising an all out effort to stop the president from filling Justice Kennedy’s seat on the SC. All of us here know the Dems can’t articulate what they really want for this nation or else they would be decimated. They’ve always been able to rely on the federal courts, and the control of those courts, to thwart popular will, and implement whatever unpopular policy they need to forward their agenda.

this is a MASSIVE loser for them Dems outside of Hispanic and Slave areas, but the Dems are too committed to the last remaining revenue source, that they cannot dare to do anything else.
