My post said nothing about what caused those numbers. I doubt the legal status of pot has much to do with any of them. My point is that it is possible have legal pot along with low crime, safe highways and low rates of OD.

Quite frankly, you’re grasping at a non-existent straw. For one, fedgov under Trump has not lifted a finger to interefere in state marijuana regulation. He has said not a word about VT in 2018 or the 4 states that legalized in 2016.
President Trump has said multiple times during the campaign and as President that it should be up to the states. It is not a leftist position. It’s consistent with the Constitution. It’s PDJT’s position. It’s time to face that reality.
