My money's on 'shut up'...
It's not Friday yet. Sheila Jackson Lee said we could fire him on Friday.
I think you’re right, but I can’t imagine that Mitch McConnell will be any help. I never understand why Kentuckians keep voting him in. He must really bring home the bacon.
Including, and, especially -- the Trump card!
keep your friends close, your enemies closer!
Caesar says this idea sucks.
Ha! I always hated that “enemies closer” quote. I love this add on.
I you look at Trump’s tweets, it looks he’s had a bit of insight since 2013.
Would like to see military trials.
Another case only Sherlock Holmes could have solved.
Its 11 am somewhere...
Can you search for them somewhere? That would be interesting research!
That qualifies as a BOOM.
The snowball accelerates. Rosenstein is now facing obstruction charges on top of everything else.
This fact here will lead to the end of the Mueller probe, though I may be completely underestimating the amorality and sociopathy of the people involved in it.
“Today is the day for House to put up or shut up about RR.”
It’s about Paul Ryan folks! If Ryan won’t go along with bringing up contempt and impeachment, Nunes, Meadows, Goodlatte, Jordan cannot do it. Blame Paul Ryan if it doesn’t happen.
Completely believable.
For the love of God would Sessions do something?
Jeff Sessions is the singularly most useless AG in American history.
Bar none.
Somebody up there must have the 8X10’s on the incompetent Deputy Dog.
The president hasn't fired Rosenstein (and Sessions) because it would have been politically problematic. False charges of obstruction, possible impeachment and problems getting a new DAG or AG are all political problems.
The president is patiently waiting to fire Rosenstein, gradually building up the case to fire Rosenstein. When the case has been made politically to a sufficient number of Republican congressmen, I'm sure he'll do it.
I believe the end game is close.
TBD.
Trump will eventually have to fire Rosenstein. Rosenstein will not leave on his own, no matter how many embarrassing things they find on Rosenstein. And the Senate would never vote by a two-thirds margin to remove Rosenstein.
When the House demonstrates a successful impeachment vote against Rosenstein, Trump can then fire him.
In August or September of 2016, Trump went to California "to campaign". Most of us and most experts thought that he was wasting his time campaigning in California.
But what's worth noting is that Trump was campaigning with the House Intel chairman, Nunes. Nunes even flew on Trump's plane.
I think Trump may have flown to California specifically to meet with Nunes and to get the "inside intel" at that time.
Very believable.
That title belongs to Eric Holder.
I disagree. Holder accomplished a lot. Nearly all of itof it profoundly negative to be sure, but he wracked up an impressive number of things.
