Yes; you read correctly. They were begging to be subpoened so they could spill their guts. Then I read they’d backed off from that, realizing that, subpoena or no subpoena, there would be hell to pay when they returned to work. I assume they had been threatened.

He’s in law enforcement; he knows perfectly well that “intent” is not a factor. Breaking laws is breaking laws.

I disliked Wray the first time I saw him spewing to Congress.

Missing from the report:

1) All those Clinton criminals given immunity supposedly for information yet not a single indictment.

2) All the evidence of wrongdoing that was destroyed. some under subpoena.

No explanation for these suspicious actions, yet no bias.

Needs more investigation.
