Perhaps if unemployed young women stopped having babies with unemployable men they barely know... it’s a crazy idea, but it just might work!!

This article is so poorly written it’s almost incomprehensible.

Huh??

People already working every day would be squeezed even more.”

What? I don’t think the word subsidy means what the writer thinks it means.
