Doubtful. He was interviewed over six months ago. And all DOJ can come up with is a process crime to indict him on? Seems odd.
That girl has awful taste! “presstitute” is the most accurate description for her...she was only in it for the leaks. Ick!! (Note to reporters who will do anything or anyONE for a news leak...at least pick a handsome guy!)
The First Amendment should not protect giving blow jobs in order to get classified information. Whatever protection exists for publishing information given to you by those who are illegally leaking, it should not allow that kind of participation in the offense.

They had him in December, when they forced him to resign. Clearly, he has been under a gag order, while the investigators surveilled and rounded up others. The search warrant on Ali Watkins, which was executed in January or February, and captured years worth of her communications - all her communications. All her other sources, all her bosses and colleagues at the NY Times, Buzz Feed and elsewhere.
That is just her. Three other reporters were listed in the indictment (believed to be CNN, NBC and ABC), and apparently, other reporters were investigated, but not listed in this particular indictment.
Obviously, prosecutors, grand juries, FBI field offices and sophisticated surveillance have been all over the mainstream media, at least the first six months of this year, but probably longer. How could they miss picking up some Congresscritters and Senators? The way they blab? Adam Schiff?
This indictment and the actions known to have been taken so far, makes it more likely that there was a huge investigative net on the Mainstream media, than that there was not.
They have (obviously) deferred prosecution on Wolfe, so as not to disrupt their ongoing investigations, and may have cut him a deal for testimony against other bigger fish - possibly Diane Feinstein. Feinstein just won her primary two days ago, so now she is hard to replace before the general election.
Some skeptics have been saying its all fixed, Sessions does nothing (as if he was the only person in DOJ) - no indictments, no prosecutors, no arrests. Well, now we see for sure all three have been going on in earnest - smack dab in the middle of the of the Mainstream Media, blowing open all their communications with their Democrat Party taskmasters.
This is only the tip of the iceberg. Several US Attorneys have been working on Congressional referrals, as AG Sessions confirmed to Sen Grassley in writing. Huber is just the leader of the Task Force.
