What other countries disallow this? Are they banned too?

Gays always request others to accept their lifestyle when they themselves cannot— it is impossible for a gay couple to have children. They need to accept their lifestyle fully before asking anyone else to do the same.

Absurd. California is run by the mentally ill.

Have they banned travel to the states in Mexico in which there are personhood rights from the point of conception (Baja California, Sonora, Chihuahua, and 13 others)?

Does anyone else here ever think that AG Xavier Becerra is quite possibly an evil, vindictive Space Alien?

Isn’t this technically illegal? Equal protection commerce clause?

Oklahoma’s right to protect/oversee children’s adoptions, is their right. California should rethink their policies!

I say if they can do it, we can as well. They have set the precedent.

They are just banning state funds used for this purpose. Which means state colleges and state employees can’t use state funds to go to these states. It probably hurts some colleges. I know a few sports stopped having California teams go to finals. People and businesses can do what they want. Planes will still go from Dallas to Los Angles.

I hope Florida is on the list!

It’s a dang shame it’s not a total ban. California residents should be prohibited from moving to any conservative state. First they ruin the local economy and then move on to destroy the culture. (Sorry to the captive Cali conservatives, but truth is truth.)

Only 40 states to go and Calif. Gov’t employees won’t be able to go anywhere on official business.

Good
