Relating anything the EU “demands,” is about as worthy of posting as is anything to do with the NFL.
Pet peeve - “demand” gets so overused and misused these days.
The EU is in no position to “demand” - beg, please, urge, implore, or something like that should be used, but not “demand”.

Oddly, when the illegal settlement to be demolished is Jewish, the EU doesn’t seem to mind. If I didn’t know better, I might assume the worst about their motives.

I demand that the EU stop issuing demands.
What Israel should do is offer all Palestinians a plane ticket and money to move to Germany. Build an airfield in Gaza and the West Bank, give a timeline when people can leave and then put a plane down. Anything else that tries to land there will be shot out of the sky.
Let the EU grapple with that one.
