Rosanne gave them just what the needed to cancel her show, something they have trying to do for months. But it’s ABC that will see $$$$ flying out the door.
I would bet that ABC would overall have gained viewers. No, this is not about the tweet. ABC is determined to send a message to celebrities and others: Look what will happen it you are pro-Trump and/or dare to criticize the stars of the Left.
Once it gets to that point, it will be far too late to do anything about it.
I don't know if you've noticed or not, but this fascist style censorship between the media weapon system and the eternal rulers in Washington DC has been getting worse.
The social/financial interactions between the power of Government and the media is highly incestuous to the extent that the "independent" media is in reality a puppet of the existing power blocks who more or less run Washington.
Back in 1995 when Republicans first took control of Congress and talked about balancing the budget, I was astonished to see every talking head media person ridiculing the idea of balancing the FedGov budget. What rational person could believe that it was a bad idea to keep spending within our means?
I finally concluded that the only explanation that made any sense to me was that somehow these media people expressed the interests of those who's bread was buttered by Washington DC excessive spending.
You should look up how many people in the media system are related either by blood or marriage to how many people in Government and Democrat office holders.
If you are not already aware of these relationships, I think you will be astonished at the degree of inbreeding between government and media systems.
That is what I think this is too.
