Never been on a drop zone I take it?
Soldier does a bad PLF and breaks his leg? Don’t expect any sympathy from those who watched it.
I saw a full pallet of C Rations burn in. Looked just like an A Bomb going off. Lots of “Oh”, “Ah’s” and other comments on that one.
I would have been laughing.

No only that there should be extra charge of excessive stupidity. Did he think nobody would notice?
One in 100,000 is a statistic, 3 on 1 drop is sabotage. Glad nobody was killed or injured on the ground. There’s no mitigating circumstances. 100% of the maximum sentence.
A DD is too good for this *sshole. He should be shot.
So the bailiff whacked his pee-pee and nothing more?
I know not funny, but for some reason I’m laughing at the thought of these vehicles dropping straight to the ground.
You have to wonder if this soldier was on drugs to do something so deliberate, destructive and stupid.
What he did (repeatedly) takes a lot of concentrated effort.
It’s not like flipping a switch or just dropping a single strap.
“All this for a sight gag?”
And I remember when I got reprimanded by a E-6 for not finishing eating my spaghetti and meat balls C rations during a field exercise in Germany 45 years ago.
The other aspect, beyond the intentional sabotage, was the reckless endangerment to the drop zone safety crew that was on the DZ. A Bad Conduct Discharge is definitely not enough. Should have a DD and a stay at Leavenworth.
why is this UNSTABLE/SICK maggot still in the military?
