Time some of these pro illegals politicos were arrested and charged with aiding and abetting and/or accessory and or to multiple counts of violations of Federal Immigration laws. At the very least the should be able to easily prove multiple counts collusion and obstruction of justice in the breaking of Federal Immigration laws.

He was talking about the farm owner, not the illegal working for him.

Cuomo will flee from ICE and sneak across the border to Canada where he will be arrested as a foreign spy and deported to Italy.

Charge Cuomo under Section 18 of federal immigration law and throw him in prison. If you can tie a murder committed to an Illegal to actions taken by Cuomo then he can receive capital punishment per section 18.

The deep state likes illegals. Illegals vote for democrats. It’s important for all of us to remember the basics.

Cuomo’s tactic is to pander to Puerto Ricans for the election.

Your agents did not have a warrant to enter Mr. Collins’s property nor did they identify themselves or their purpose for being there. They handcuffed him and threatened to arrest him for properly exercising his constitutional rights

Which I am sure New York police have never done. Ever.

Now for the rest of the story:

ICE responds to questions about Rome farm raid: Worker had a criminal conviction
Updated Apr 19; Posted Apr 19

Rome, N.Y. — The worker who was detained during a Rome farm raid Wednesday had a criminal conviction and had re-entered the country after being previously deported, said Adrian Smith, a spokesman for Immigration and Customs Enforcement.

But Smith did not answer the question of whether the officers who came onto farmer John Collins’ property, unannounced and without permission had any kind of a warrant.

In a statement, Smith said the worker, Marcial DeLeon Aguilar, who is from Guatemala, had been deported from the U.S. three times, most recently in January 2014. He said Smith has a criminal convictions for reckless aggravated assault and for illegally re-entering the country after being deported.

Smith did not provide information on when the assault occurred, or the circumstances. Smith also did not answer questions about whether the ICE officers had a warrant when they came onto Collins’ property or about whether the officers disputed Collins’ claims that they threw his phone and handcuffed him when he attempted to take video of what they were doing.

Good info. Thanks!

I hope I didn’t imply that ICE didn’t have cause to deport this family. Only about the farmer.

You know, it isn’t necessarily that hard for legitimate refugees to enter the country legally. People just think they don’t have to obey our laws. I bet Mexico quietly lets all sorts of folks not in caravans pass through so long as they don’t intend to stay. Mexico is not a friend.

The instant he issues any order invoking state employees to physically impede or resist lawful federal law enforcement actions he must be arrested.

“Very interesting can of worms they are trying open.”

That can of worms is labeled “Nullification”.

That can of worms is labeled “Nullification”.

Correct.

And if agents of the state of New York attempt to physically impede agents of the federal entity, that can of worms is labeled "Insurrection" as defined by the Insurrection Act of 1807.

New York is already overrun by MS13. Hempstead and Brentwood are infested with them.
