“What is this blather all about? “
The transfer of a firearm between two private parties.
Most of the legislation has been through the irrepressible, constant agitation of the anti-gun crowd, that surges every time we have a horrific gun-related event somewhere else in the U. S., that the gun-bashing legislators can use as an excuse to motivate the credulous portion of Delaware population. They keep on, never relaxing, and though I've not read of much crime with long guns over the years, restrictions have none-the-less been passed, though not easily overcoming a quite strong resistance.
That really nettles me. I believe it is through a failure to properly educate the oncoming generations, not only overall, but specifically and deliberately denying a healthy and beneficial familiarity and respect for firearms. The shift to a more sheepish, gullible electorate continues, like it or not.
Lie, AR-15s are of intermediate power. .30-06 might be considered high power.
Dan Helmer, a Democrat running against Rep. Barbara Comstock (R-Va.) in Virginia's 10th District, writes on Twitter that he found it "terrifying" how easy it was to purchase an assault rifle in the state.
Almost certainly a lie, it's highly unlikely it was select fire, and therefore not an assault rifle.
In the video shot by his campaign, Helmer, an Iraq and Afghanistan veteran, does not identify the specific gun model he purchases, but calls it "functionally similar" to the weapon he used while serving in the military.
Again almost certainly a lie, the military issues select-fire weapons.
Three almost certain lies in the first three sentences of the story. But, it's the media quoting Democrats about guns, so this is to be expected.
Spot freaking on
Bears repeating to all we know
This uses the same fuel as a Panzer tank.
