Nielsen isn’t necessarily a pro-Trumper. Pruitt was more trustworthy. But there is still the issue of the backlash in Trump moving Sessions. Not that it won’t come to that, but that has got to be a concern.

Another thing about Comey and classified info. The way I understand him is that he’s saying that since he’s no longer employed, he’s free to tell the world anything and everything he knew or did at the FBI.
He can’t possibly be that stupid. If my husband mentioned a word about any of the T.S. or Classified projects he worked on during his career, there’d be hell to pay. He’s retired now, but he absolutely cannot let go of that info.

My take is Jeff Sessions has one good day in three due to premature senility. Most of the time he is on snooze control. On Sessions lucid days he does good things, then it’s back to zero with Rod Rosenstein in control.
I get sick when I hear Sessions praising that deep state mole Rosenstein. Rosenstein’s most recent act of sabotage was signing off on the raid and investigation of lawyer Michael Cohen. Rosenstein was always going to appoint a Special Prosecutor. The Comey firing gave him an excuse.
Robert Mueller is identical to Patrick Fitzgerald with Valerie Plame This is how Dems try to eff up Republican Presidencies. With totally bogus Special Prosecutor investigations.
Pruitt is targeted because he would be effective as AG. Nielson wouldn’t and the last thing Trump needs is an AG who isn’t on his team.

Actually Rosenstein is the one who wrote a memo laying out all the reasons Comey should be fired. Trump took Rosenstein’s advice into account and fired Comey, and Rosenstein appointed Mueller to investigate Trump for obstruction...for firing Comey.

Wrong! Rosenstein and Comey were in cahoots on the Comey firing. Probably via back channels so they did not have to talk directly. Neither are boy scouts. Quite the opposite.
Icing on the cake was idiot child Jared Kushner who wanted Comey fired. This got Trump into gear to get rid of Comey.

Zillions of rumors out there, huge bombs blowing up terror types in Afghanistan,1,800 arrest warrants already, gitmo with all kinds of activity, people coming and going,boots on well knowns, a heroin processing house blown up in Afghanistan(one of 20 CIA maintains) hard to tell what is real and what is not.
One problem is that Trump has had so many leaks he's probably going overboard to prevent them from continuing to happen therefore we find out very little.
We have to think about what has happened that we know about and then try and expand that to what may be going on in the background, difficult to do.
