Artists and crafters did just fine prior to Facebook.
If their product is of quality it will sell.
If not, they will be poor like 99% of other artists.

Self styled "artists" have become a social epidemic, identical to the "homeless" explosion. It is a self delusion justifying their demand that "mommy" government (we taxpayers with a real job) must support them for life.

With governmental/bureaucratic swamps desperate to maintain their strangle hold on an increasingly dysfunctional and violent society mostly in metropolitan areas, enabled by elected incompetents (Steinberg comes to mind), things can only get worse.
