Well, in this particular chix age group she’s showing her ptosis ridden breasts to 17yr old boys who spend probably hours a day viewing perfect perky boobies via porn.

Just going on my personal realm of experience and information. There was one particular classmate of mine in high school who had the perfect perky set of boobies, cup size c. She was also a size 0 or 2. She never ever wore a bra and bragged incessantly that she didn’t need one because her boobs were already perky. We privately hated her. You can imagine. By the time we were in our mid/early 20’s she no longer had those. She didn’t smoke and hadn’t had kids at that time. You can also imagine our smugness when she had to wear strapless bras with spaghetti strap dresses like all the rest of us.
Last time I saw her she weighed not a pound less than 250. I can’t imagine what’s happened in her life and said a prayer for her. I was never a thin perky boobed ‘looker’ so aging hasn’t been traumatic for me. So there’s a upside to being homely after all LOL.

when I graduated from high school, hot pants for girls were acceptable attire, even if some butt cheeks were showing. A few girls went without bras, but is was so common that they weren’t a distraction.

Any female over the age of 14, max, is intimately aware of every single millimeter of her appearance at all times as it pertains to the perception of males of the species. In particular females over 14 and under 25 or 30 or so. This girl knows exactly what she’s doing. IF she were a well endowed 10 or 11yr old I’d buy the ‘just wanting to be comfortable’ excuse. If the top didn’t print her boobs and nipples I’d be more willing to accept that excuse. She knows she’ll be getting gawped at. It’s why she chose that blouse. If it were the ‘comfort’ excuse that top would have been at least one, probably 2 sizes larger than the one she chose. Or a broadcloth/woven fabric that didn’t print her nipples so prominently. The ‘comfort’ is way exceeded by the ‘attention’ in this particular top. Which for this girl is the entire point of the exercise. Pun intended.

I’m a woman. I was a teen girl at one time. All my friends were teen girls. I know how teen girls operate. It might be instructive to see a pic of this chix mother.
