With this new information about Rosenstein essentially creating a CYA memo after the Manafort raid in order to justify it, he may have just given the president the legal weapon he needed to fire him since Rosenstein is now going to be under investigation himself for corrupt practices.
If Rosenstein goes down or out, or both, this new fellow just brought in might not be a puppet of Mueller.
If Mueller is found to be in cohoots with Rosenstein re the CYA memo, then he can be fired for “cause” and then investigated. In fact, I’m hoping that both are NOW being investigated by the new “special investigator” and it will lead to a “call” for a SECOND Special Prosecutor who will put both their asses in jail, along with Strzok and his slut, the Ohrs, Weissman, McCabe, and Comey.

Mueller knows that the president can not obstruct justice by firing a federal employee. The president can fire anyone working for the federal government at any time. Ask the air traffic controllers.

So the investigation is now concentrated on whether President Trump did anything to “thwart” the investigation. That is broad; any tiny words could be included. I’d sure try to “thwart” a contrived investigation into myself in some manner or form.
