It would be legal under US and International Law to deploy the Marines and order them to ensure NOBODY crosses into the US illegally.
And there is absolutely nothing the Courts could do to prevent Trump from doing this.
I would put Mexico and every coutry that has allowed this type of unrestricted law breaking on the spot with this. Allowing illegals unrestricted travel thru your country so they can illegally burden another country should be an act of war. The United States will not be the savior of people breaking the law in multiple countries to get here.
The border needs to be shut down. I will submit to the humanitarian needs of these people and materials for encampments will be placed on the Mexican side of the border with the permission and help of the Mexican government. Civilians from other countries must know that illegal entry into the United States is not an option to their plight. The Mexican govt can help these people, refuse them entry into their country, or let them die in the dessert in Mexico.

I take the national GOP very seriously. They are a well funded safety valve to make sure the citizens stay within bounds while the progressive, open borders, controlled market agenda that the check writers want gets advanced regardless of who is in power.
The GOP since Reagan left office has been merely a slower journey to the same end that the Dems offer. They need to be taken seriously as a threat to the Republic.
PDT probably was watching Fox and Friends this morning and saw the story of 1500 Hondurans marching unimpeded through Mexico to get to the USA. If not yet, you can bet Soros and the media will get behind this and there will be a boarder standoff. The chants from the left will be endless Oh the humanity, the Children, the suffering” “Trump is heartless scum, LET THEM IN!” Bet on it.

I keep having this fantasy we act like a sane country and say: “If you step over our border without our permission, we’ll shoot you.” And then shoot them. If more come, shoot them TOO, and then throw the bodies back over the border so WE don’t have the expense and bother of burying them.
But, of course, that’s just a fantasy. Protecting our country is something neither party is at ALL willing to do.

Well, he’s facing overwhelming opposition. The RATS are uniformly lined up against him (and our country). The Republicans are almost uniformly lined up against him (and our country). The media is utterly lined up against him (and our country). The courts don’t give a rat’s ass about law anymore and consistently block anything he tries to do by executive order. His Attorney General is the most ineffectual piece of do-nothing waste of human flesh EVER to serve in the position - and he’s making sure the so-called “justice” department does absolutely nothing to advance the President’s agenda (while doing everything they can to undercut him and hopefully remove him from office in a soft coup) .... so what do you want from the guy?
This will be a good test of how real Trump is.
If he’s real, that caravan will not breach our border.
Sadly, on this issue even Reagan betrayed us.
If the horde of 1500 Hondurans, on their way to the Southern Border, causes the President to go to DefCon 1, cancel DACA immediately and forever, and initiate a deportation machine the likes of which have never been seen before, then I will gladly go to Mexico and drive the buses that will get them to the border, faster.
If their looming invasion, is what it’s going to take to get him to actually fulfill his campaign promises, then I’ll volunteer in a minute.
Every single dime that Mexico gets should be immediately cut off. All military cooperation, advisers, contractors, law enforcement advisers, should immediately be recalled. Start closing all consulates and recall all diplomatic staff and MSGs. Start closing all the Mexican consulates throughout the US and pull the visa’s from all but the Mexican Ambassador and a handful of other diplomats. Order the Treasury Dept and IRS to start collecting a 30% fee for any money sent to Mexico, Central and South America. Put out a PSA that DHS, ICE and the Dept of Labor will be conducting a large scale EVerify operation.
Those 1500 will be stopped before they hit the edge of town and turned back or sent back home.
The 9th court can’t do shit about it. They can make all the rulings they like, but border protection and immigration are the responsibility of the executive branch.
Congress didn’t pass any DACA legislation. Even if they did, it wouldn’t matter.
The courts have no standing. Even if they attempt to rule by decree, they don’t have nearly enough manpower to go up against the US military, which is what it will come down to.
All the more reason to militarize our borders.
Of course, he could have said that on January 21, 2017, like he campaigned and promised his supporters. If a horde of 1500, 3rd world savages is what it takes for him to finally say, no more DACA, okay. Better than nothing, I guess.
But, there should never have even been a sniff of a deal for DACA, anyway.
I thought Sessions was supposed to be a strong enforcer of our borders & against illegal immigration yet now as AG he has done nothing against these sanctuary cities. He just warned that Oakland mayor & said Justice was looking into it so why isn’t she jailed yet. Sessions infuriates me. Needs to be fired along with Rosenstein.

He could have vetoed that omnibus bill. So what if congress ldnhave overridden veto? It would be on congress then. Then at least Trump would have shown he was true to what he said he stood for.
Oh, it gets better. Release the real illegal numbers, declare a state of invasion, and Judges trying to invalidate the orders are literally committing Treason… as would an attempt to impeach over said orders.
(You could also use that invasion as justification to issue warrants for Treason for all Mayors and City Council members [or equivalent] plus the County Sheriff… I'd tack on a $10k/head bounty, just to rub it in.)
If Mexico don’t get serious, Trump must declare that a state of war now exists with them
