Ah, BOHICA. This is the first extortion plot by a nation claiming money as recompense for climate change.

I’m guessing that the solar energy works will be placed on the very highest part of the island so they will be the last to subside, gurgling under the imminent flooding.

Who’s next? How about somewhere in the Caucasus complaining that a projected world class ski resort cannot be built. Something along those lines will take the climate change extortion fraud to the ultimate level. Payment for something that can’t be built.
