The mighty and holy James Comey himself stated that she had those docs. It doesn’t matter what happened or didn’t happen as a result of her having those docs on her server. The act of having them in an unauthorized place is in itself the crime. All self contained.

Until the day that HRC is indicted and prosecuted for merely having those docs on her server, the legal system is an unflushed toilet.
