Well rj, here’s the thing. Long-winded refutations of statements such as yours are easy to find on this forum and elsewhere, and if I had felt motivated to provide another one, I would have done so. Sometimes, however, I prefer to skip to the bottom line, even though I know that when I do someone may see it as an opportunity to trash-mouth me. But at least you didn’t call me nasty names, so there’s that to be thankful for!

Had no intention on calling names. If you would notice, there was a question mark at the end of my 'statement' that was proposed due to the comments from the post prior to that statement. In that post, the OP indicated that a couple of witnesses had conflicting accounts that occurred near simultaneously, giving rise to my question. This in no wise makes my question "utter nonsense". What I was intending to do was to elicit a dialogue that called for exposition of the claim that there may have been more than one shooter.

Also, since there was no photo evidence of Cruz in the act, what were the facts that led to him being identified as the shooter? To be honest, I took the media at their word that Cruz was the shooter and that he acted alone. I truly have no other facts than this is what was reported and that Cruz himself admitted to his crime. While I believe this to be true, I could not cite evidence except circumstantial that he owned the weapons that were found at the scene.

To sum up, I would like to see all avenues explored. If only one shooter, fine. Hang the bastard slowly. If more than one, who were they?
