They are trying to talk us into this in Texas. A bullet train from Dallas to Houston. It will build a 40’ wall thru 10 counties with only 1 stop between the big cities.
It will cost twice as much as a plane ticket and with that they say there will be 13,000 riders per DAY! from the 2,800 airplane riders and the rest from the autos.
RIGHT??????? We want to drive one and a half hours to Dallas, leave our gun in the car and take the train for 2x the plane ticket and then end up in Houston with neither gun or car to get around.
The train isn’t the same gauge as ours, will be built in Japan, only assembled here not long term job. The Construction jobs won’t last long and will they even be Texans?
In the fly-by counties, it will take land that has been in families for over 100 years, destroy our food supply, scare our animals that we do have left, divide the schools, fire, police rescue and of course they aren’t going to pay much for that.
No One wants it from the governor, Lt Governor, State officials on down to the Counties and people. Just one judge who has given them right to emminet domain and it still moves forward.
This will devastate our already poor county.
By what right can the foreigners come from Japan and do this?

Oh and I almost forgot one of the lies, they will get no federal $$ but there is 13 BILLION dollars in Trumps infrastructure money.
We can’t get a wall along the border but Japan can come here and build a 4 story high wall thru 10 counties?
