Two very different things. This is purely age discrimination.
I am against all discrimination laws. They are all PC Liberty robbing laws. If someone doesn’t want my business I’d prefer to know it before I give them my money.
This kid is just being a jerk. He’s playing the poor discriminated minority for a chance at picking some deep pockets. He’s no better than the homos.
I wonder if Dick’s sells hunting licenses those under 21?
If Dick’s determined that 20 yrs old is too young to buy a gun, then I can’t see how they could sell them a hunting license.
Find a pro-gun attorney willing to go along. He/She will know the best way to procede.
Doesn’t an FFL dealer have the right/obligation to refuse to sell a firearm to anyone they feel is not appropriate - for any reason?
(Gut feeling, something not right, etc??)
Although doing so based solely on age doesn’t seem right.
I knew this would happen and rightly so. He can vote, so the entire Bill of Rights applies to him, period. No question, open and shut case...
