McCabe may very well be indicted. I read that indictments are not always made public during an ongoing investigation.
This makes sense when one thinks of the mafia, for example.
McCabe may be singing like a canary along with many others, higher up. We will know, eventually, but we are not hearing any complaints that these coup creeps are not cooperating.

Let them call the thousands of investigations into question .... they had to do it several years ago because of the FBI laboratory incompetence, fraud and corruption. They need an independent IG with power to recommend criminal charges and administration actions breathing down their necks 100% of the time.
I kept reading that he copped a plea because they threatened to go after his son. A specific charge was never mentioned.
