When do we find out which Obama-appointed FISA judge made the call to renew the surveillance AFTER the Hillary/Steele libel document had been debunked by even the NY Times?

Congress needs to immediately impeach the scumbag.

Yes, the mem exposed the weak point of the super secretive FISA court proceeding.

And not enough oversight.

Weakly Sourced

Come on folks, stop pussy-footing around and being polite. The document was an utter fabrication; no it was a blatant fraud. Anyone with any common sense knew that at first whiff.

This matters. Presenting a known fabrication to the FISA Court is a fraud on the court. It's not just a well here is some evidence we found on the copyier and are worried it might be true. They knew it was a fabrication when they presented it. It was deliberate. That should lead to all kinds of bad things happening to the perps, firings, disbarments, behind-barments, oh, and civil lawsuits.

Another thing to point out is -

The significance of the warrant against Carter Page, was made October 21st, 2016, under Title I of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act. [Meaning the surveillance application was specifically stating, to the court, the U.S. individual was likely an actual agent of a foreign government, ie. “a spy.”] (by sundance, Conservative Tree House) And renewed every 90 day period three times.

Why is it significant?

(1) as explained, designating Carter Page as foreign agent (spy), intelligence committee can spy on ANYBODY in contact with Page, even after he's no longer part of the Trump team;

(2) the FISA warrant continued well into the first year of Trump presidency. Let both points sink in for a bit.

The non-stop hysteria “Trump Colluded with Russia to Steal the Election”? The “Insurance Policy”. The DEEP STATE Coup against a sitting duly elected president.

Now we see how huge a scandal this is, and why Democrats are so desperately trying to discredit both Trump and this memo.

So, why is the military not rounding up the coup participants?

It’s time to unmask the FISA judge who approved the warrant using this flimsy evidence.
I’m betting he/she’s as guilty and complicit as the rest of the leftist scum, who perpetrated this travesty.

Significantly, one of President Obama’s last acts as President was to sign an executive order intended to break down firewalls in the intelligence community to allow Obama holdovers to weaponize and widely share/leak all the information obtained by the illegal spying
