I'm going to have to agree with Mad Maxine on this idea, but the warning should be worded stronger, such as "Not recommended..."
Every time President Trump appears on television, precede it with the warning. It would guarantee maximum viewership in that age range. If you want to make sure your kids see it, restrict them from the television during the broadcast. They'll get on their computers and search for streaming sites to watch it, and they'll get on social media and tell all their friends about this program that's "not recommended".

Okay as long as there is one preceding every Maxine Waters appearance. It would be like the old anti drug ads opening with the image of a brain and the voice over of "this is your brain", then cut to an image of Maxine Waters and a voice over of "this is your brain on stupid"
