They say “ignorance is bliss.” Her mom named her appropriately.

Joy Reid would have to work very hard to move up to the level of idiot!

In order to properly run a family, one must:

acknowledge that there are gender roles
Acknowledge that two parents are needed. There is no such thing as a “Strong single mom (Or dad)”
Acknowledge that a man needs to provide by working the long game of building his skills to a point where he gets more product (More experience, more money)
Acknowledge that a woman needs to care for the home ensuring that all of their efforts do not go to waste by having kids spend all of their time at another home (messy, dumpy homes that no one inhabits)
Acknowledge that governance is better at the local level, that a large government that trumps a parent’s rights in their home will only make the masses dumber to be equal, not successful to be equal.

Basically, Dems hate the family because it takes away Democrat voters.

“Church ... family ... police ... military ... the national anthem ... “

yeah,Joy, those are all REALLY bad things ... ESPECIALLY if one is a leftist, America-hating Democrat ...

The implication is that Trump wants to take us back to the days of Jim Crow. That’s the narrative she is trying to spin up.

People have grown deaf to all this nonsense.

WRONG !

My mother raised us alone———and how she did it is beyond me,I doubt that I could have done it.

My mom did it too. I was 13 at the time, and my dad sent in some child support but no alimony. My mom worked her fingers to the bone in a nursing home for many, many years.

But I wasn’t feral, and we lived in a quality environment (big percentage white, safe neighborhoods with no problems)

I was actually the biggest problem in my neighborhood !

So we both had strong single mothers-——you might want to qualify your statement about single mothers the next time, they may be rare but they DO exist.

Strong mothers.. sure, we survived but the family wasn’t complete. The experience wasn’t complete. I had to teach myself a lot when I left the house - things I didn’t know I needed to know.

But I’m Sally Homemaker around my home now. Cook, clean, sew, you name it.

I would much rather live in a United States with the Nationalism and morals of the fifties than in this modern age of crapism that the democrats have woven for America!

There are already plenty of countries that govern their people the way that this communist wants for America, of she and those like her won't move there and live their utopian dream..................because they are all shitholes!
