That is my understanding, as well.
The “Tribute” money that has been extorted FRom the USA and other Western countries for “Palestinian” relief has funded Moslem warfare against non-Moslems, and made the PLO leadership VERY rich!
Just plug “total Palestinian foreign aid” into the search engine of your choice and read some of the articles. You will be dumbfounded!
