It's the latest I've found that gives numbers on how much funding Poland receives from the EU vs. how much they contribute.
It's dated 2014, anything more recent?

Part of Tusk’s argument is about these contributions. Poland has received a huge ammount that have helped them, but their growth has been so great (Make Poland Great Again) that they are expected to become a net contributor within not too many years.
As Trump would say. After getting the free monies, it’s the best deal to leave when others want your stuff.
For the record I support the Poles 100 percent, and I am even learning Polish in my spare time. It is both an interesting place for investment, but perhaps also a future relocation to somewhere around the coast in the Gdynia area.
