I didn’t say that any new yorker could have done it. Trump make billions doing it. He has the requisite and certainly appropriate experience. He knows how to win against these sorts of people. More, he has the instincts necessary for it. Oprah has not shown anything like that, has not had to deal in that sort of milieu. Trump is also personally generous. Oprah is not. Her giveaway stunts are all promos. If you just are uncomfortable with the kind of genius that is both ,both inherent and learned, in Trump then you will never allow that anyone else could not do what he is doing and you would probably prefer a more genteel president.
