National Security Agency director Adm. Mike Rogers announced he is retiring this spring, according to multiple news reports published Friday.
President Donald Trump is said to nominate a successor later this month, and could trigger a lengthy Senate confirmation process that is expected to be completed in two to three weeks, according to Politico.
Rogers served four years as the head of the intelligence agency. His pending departure comes amid reports that a wave of skilled personnel are also leaving the agency. Hundreds of hackers, engineers, and data scientists, were said to have left the agency since 2015, in part because of low pay and internal frustrations among staff, The Washington Post reported.

Bizarre that the PDB was handed out daily to over 30 people. Its the most updated intelligence all of the USA's intelligence agencies produce. Why not just publish it in the Washington Post? Giving such wide access appears to be a way to coordinate info among conspirators.

Mark Felt, Assistant Director of the FBI during Watergate, guided Woodward and Bernstein where to look to connect dots, and passed FBI information. So probably there are many similarities. It also shows the FBI has been meddling in Presidential politics for many decades.

This is remarkable. It details the smoking guns. My guess is that this will all be part of the Michael Horowitz DOJ Inspector General report, due out January 15th.

IG Horowitz's "review" doesn't cover this topic. Only the Clinton email investigation.

Would Rogers be giving evidence against this lot? Is that why he resigned?

"Is that why he resigned?"
During WWII and previous wars Generals would be replaced a LOT. Keeping generals on for long periods of time is a new relative to history.
Trump or Qanon's team might be using this old strategy. It shakes things up hard for the enemy to out guess your next move. It also avoids corruption and other reasons.
But I do not know

I would watch the video (included within the article) again, but I'm going back to bed. It's 4:00 a.m. in Pittsburgh.
I think I remember it was about why Comey had not reported in the designated amount of time to Congressional officials as he was supposed to. He looked like he was lying, as I remember.
Comey is nuts, and as is with that type, it is often very difficult to see when they are lying ..... because they do it nearly constantly.

I just started watching the video again. If you watch it you will very quickly see the bleary-eyed Comey lying about the "quarterly reports"..............
Gotta get back to bed.... this chair is very uncomfortable.

I agree in nailing them to the wall now, but I think they pretty much went for the gusto this time!
Treason at the highest levels of government. I cannot believe half these people are still collecting tax payer pay checks!

Nunes didn’t recuse, he “stepped back.” For like what, 9 months? For the clown show ethics comittee to drag their tiny feet and do some stupid investigation. Of course he was cleared. Now he’s back, and on fire!!!

If Team Trump communications made it into Obama’s pdb’s, this is earth shattering. I don’t know how else fo put it. I am sitting here completely stunned.
Nixon and friends were pikers, compared to this crowd.
This is worse than anything I’ve heard or imagined about the Obama crime syndicate. It can’t be legal, can it?!?. They all need serious prison time. This needs to be front page news world wide.
Am I reading Sundance right? I must have it wrong.
