The officials, who spoke only on condition of anonymity...

Session specifically recused himself on any Clinton Foundation investigation.

So that leaves Rosenstein in charge. What could go wrong?

There have been multiple threads on this subject today.

My hope is that there is an indictment against Hillary for each thread.

What is wrong, is your insane relentless bitching about AG Sessions. You have NO clue what is being investigated, you are just some one note bot that has become incoherent and stuck on stupid.

Too bad all the records the FBI may ask for just happened to have burned up the other day. What a coincidence...

The probe may also examine whether any tax-exempt assets were converted for personal or political use and whether the Foundation complied with applicable tax laws, the officials said.

That is the big one! However, it is doubtful a Washinton DC jury of the people would return a unanimus verdict. However, prosecution even if failed would serve the nation well. It would reveal the multiple criminal acts of a criminal enterprise known as the "Clinton Foundation Cabal of corruption and money laundering.

The Clinton foundation has RICO written all over it. See below the RICO act.

The Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act, commonly referred to as the RICO Act or simply RICO, is a United States federal law that provides for extended criminal penalties and a civil cause of action for acts performed as part of an ongoing criminal organization. The RICO Act focuses specifically on racketeering, and it allows the leaders of a syndicate to be tried for the crimes which they ordered others to do or assisted them in doing, closing a perceived loophole that allowed a person who instructed someone else to, for example, murder, to be exempt from the trial because they did not actually commit the crime personally.[1] RICO was enacted by section 901(a) of the Organized Crime Control Act of 1970 (Pub.L. 91–452, 84 Stat. 922, enacted October 15, 1970), and is codified at 18 U.S.C. ch. 96 as 18 U.S.C. §§ 1961–1968. G. Robert Blakey, an adviser to the United States Senate Government Operations Committee, drafted the law under the close supervision of the committee's chairman, Senator John Little McClellan. It was enacted as Title IX of the Organized Crime Control Act of 1970, and signed into law by Richard M. Nixon. While its original use in the 1970s was to prosecute the Mafia as well as others who were actively engaged in organized crime, its later application has been more widespread. Beginning in 1972, 33 states adopted state RICO laws to be able to prosecute similar conduct.

If Sessions recuses himself from this Trump should recuse him from AG. Everyone under Sessions has ties to the CF (and CFR, which is who Hillary works for.)

Good point about a DC jury. They should try her in Arkansa with an Arkansa jury.

Everyone has a right to their opinion! An attack on someone is not an opinion, comment, or explanation of an idea.

I happen to think Sessions is COMPROMISED by Left, and seemingly avoids anything that could track to arresting anyone specifically! If he proves me wrong, great, if not he should go.

I think Sessions should be removed, imho. Stupid is thinking you know everything and everyone else is wrong!

Key here is that the last sentence in this story reminding us of the Statute of Limitations and that Hillary has been out of office for years. The clock will likely run out on the FBI.

I will project this directly to you. I cannot come to FR to learn anything, but, there is some bot bitching about AG Sessions. All manner of accusations have been spewed out about what he is or is not doing.

The potheads are the worst.. and then they rag and moan about the illegals/DACCA, that Obama illegally EOed permission to invade... and ignored how the stupid Congress funds fake ‘faith’ based charities to ‘chain’ invade, also called human trafficking, into our nation.

This same non-stop bitch out Sessions groupies, ignore what the judiciary did with the ‘travel-ban’, and are just itching for some judge to rule the invaders have more rights than ‘natural’ born US citizens..

Need more clues?

“Good point about a DC jury. They should try her in Arkansas with an Arkansas jury.”

Very correct you are. As the Clinton Foundation is headquartered in Arkansas the legal origin of many of these crimes are in Arkansas and thus can be tried in Arkansas.

It should be noted that Clinton did win his home state in both elections. The only reason he did was the third party candidacy of Ross Perot. Clinton is not loved in Arkansas today. I have always wondered what was the deal Clinton made with Ross Perot? If not for Ross Perot, Clinton would not have been elected the first time. I actually sent the bastard Perot money for his campaign as I thought he was truly not part of the Washington DC parties of corruption whom are both Democrat and Republican.

Trump has not disappointed me. GO TRUMP, MAGA.

The greatest accumulation of liberal snakes is the lawyers lair also called the 'just-us' department. I have read this agency compromises over 50,000 employees. The hardest place to cleanse in politics, is the belly of the beast of liberalism, when that belly is where the gods of the law rule.

Candidate Trump was a 'hail Mary' candidate, and then Senator Jeff Sessions did NOT just willy nilly sign on to that campaign because he was 'COMPROMISED' by the left... Had candidate Trump not won, Jeff Sessions political career would have ended... laughed off committees and out of town.

Few people, obviously, realize what Senator Jeff Sessions continuous concern was while in Congress ... illegal invasion... of and by the progressives and paid for by 'we the people' in what is called 'faith' based charities.

There is no sin in being ignorant, but, one should not stay that way... those that non-stop bitch that Sessions is 'COMPROMISED' are willingly ignorant.
