And they’re less likely to be sympathetic too. The whole thing is Machiavellian. The galling truth is that we may never truly know who some offenders were, this side of heaven. It’s a sad conservatism that doesn’t try to conserve truth.
Worldly police can at best catch the worst cases. This is another reason RKBA is wise. It keeps the solution closer to the problem.
