I don’t think Pat can state flat out that NO Collusion took place, rather the investigation team has not announced whether collusion has been found and the depths of involvement if it has.
There has been no real investigation just trying gotcha on the Don.
Not just the FBI. The DOJ, CIA, HSA, and State Dept were also involved. And since the only administrative apparatus that could coordinate such multiple agency activities is the White House, it seems obvious that the Obama White House was also involved.

There will be lots of hype and hoopla with hearings and online posts, talk show discussions, cable news guests.
But action to prosecute wrongdoing is not going to happen I suspect.
Its just election year noise designed to keep everyone so angry they will vote for Uniparty Globalist Republicans in the elections next fall.
What they did to Trump was wrong, but no one gets punished because its not good politics.
Principle says deal with this but politics says talk about it so we can win votes in the next election.
Would imagine the majority of the public eye has already confirmed yes. 2017 was the year the public perception mattered more then any other.
