I really can’t feel any sympathy for someone who suffers indignities on United Airlines. It is, after all, the most unfriendly airline company in the sky. The staff really does consider the passengers as the unwanted burden they must bear to have the privilege of wearing snazzy uniforms and getting to go to exotic places.
